webcam keeps disappearing

Hi, my webcam appears next to my name for about 10 seconds then it disappears. I can still see my cam on the right hand side in the window. But in chat it drops off after 10 seconds. I'm using lates adobe. Tried google chrome and firefox.

Do you have firewall or anti-virus installed try turning off temporarily see if that works
