Chat and Banning

Hi have seen folks talking about mods & banning recently thinking they are being heavy handed or should give warnings 1st.

Have listened to both sides & can understand both.

Maybe putting up a popup/disclaimer when you go to join chat that contains the rules & has an I agree button on it would stop this.

After all if you click I agree & then get banned for breaking the rules it is your own fault for not reading the rules.

Not a bad idea but i think I've seen something in the forums before that goes along the lines of .. Well the rules come up in chat every 10 minutes alot don't read it cos there to busy wanking
