Because the site software only allows one category to be blocked in its entirety, and single men is the best choice in that circumstance.

hmmmm....well it seems some people have a problem with other folks sexuality!surely this is up to whoever views their profile? they have as much right to be on the site as anybody else, regardless of preferences.if they're being rude and/or demanding just block em.as someone already said, put it in your profile that u dont want TV's to contact you. dont look at their cam or talk to them either, let them get on with their lives.they aint harmin anyone are they? live and let live!!

got single men blocked cos we aint LOOKIN for any so whats the point? iv had them blocked, then unblocked hopin that once they read our profile it'd stop them pm'ing us and/or askin if we meet single guys. i may as well have them unblocked for all the good it does. its not personal, we're just not into single guys.

I don't see what the big deal is here.If you get a message from a CD / Gay/ TS or any other group that doesn't float your boat, just ignore the message.

It's not as though they've walked through the front door of your house and grabbed you by the bollox.

It's only words printed on a screen - I'm sure some folks take this far too seriously

Not strictly, I have on several occasions been sent blank friends invites (ie, no email, just the invite) or even when emailed its along the lines of either "Are you discretely bi?", "How about a discrete meet - I won't tell" or "How do you know you won't like it if you haven't tried".

All of these I've ignored without issue,.. until:

One email I replied to saying "not for me thanks" came back with "Why not?" (silly question?). Having clarified I was only interested in women hence my seeking, the emailer responded "Just cause you have NOT said you're not looking does not mean you're not".

So I took the advise and put the extra line on my profile.
