how do I add someone to my hotlist?

At the moment Ionly have our own profile in our hotlist (and I can't even remember how that got there!) How do I add people to my hotlist?

My Own Little World

On their profile there is an add to hotlist button, on the left on the desktop site and at the top of their profile it says hotlist on the mobile site.
