Why do some use web pictures on their profiles..( fake profiles perhaps?). Some are quite obviously from the web and a quick reverse Google search shows them up as such

Just because something is on the web doesn't mean that isn't the same person on here, they could be using multiple sites.

We used to have pics on sharing sites, someone could easily nick them and post them somewhere else, Google images isn't always black and white.

If you mean pics from porn sites then you could have a point, but there are a couple of porn stars on here ( photo verified ) so again, not always black and white.

If you report the profile or pic though, Admin will check it out

That person could be on other sites using same pictures, doesn't automatically make them fake
