Why not have an icon that appears next to someones name when you have replied to them as many women get inundated with messages and just delete the fodder i think it could be useful.

When your browsing you can see people you have replied too This could be expanded to be a thumbs uo or down icon. Thumbs up meaning you replied in a positive way thumbs down means you werent interested bit not pur off enough to block.

Thoughts?

Thereis a freinds smiley, and you do get [replied] next to someone. Also, you can look at someones page and it will tell you when you replied to them last- makes me laugh when a guy you've never spoken to doesn't know this and pretends you have chatted previously.

If i want to continue chatting with someone i either keep their last message to me if i don't know them that well or i will know who they are because we keep in touch regularly. If i delete any message it won't be by accident usually, i'll just be bored of talking to them or they didn't keep in touch much and i've replaced them.

They could add a chatted to previously icon like what you want but looking at your page already has that.
