Im so fed up wih paying for this site and all i get is timewasters. Now i have spoken to alot of people on here and 90% of them seem to time waste.

What you need to do is add a Timewasters button So you can secretly click on it if they timetimewaste. If they get 3 clicks from 3 different accounts they get banned or have some sort of symbol come up for 30 days..

You can thank me by addadding unlimited gold membership

OP, define your definition of a time waster. If your are chatting to people only for it to go nowhere then that's life on here but not really time wasting as you'd be on here chatting anyway most probably. If you are arranging meets, taking the time to get ready, travel and then get a no show then maybe change the way you select people. Block non verified and newbies, chat on the phone, arrange a social etc.

I know what you mean, I have been let down so many times recently by being cancelled on by men who say they can't make it because they have to go away or can't make it because they are stuck in traffic. But the GPS on their profile still says their in the area

Bloody awful idea , just imagine all the tit for tat pressing that had nothing to do with time wasting. As said above you are the common denominator so look at how you go about things.

I agree. Its like naming and shaming some would like to see. So many bitter sad people on here, it would be so abused. People pressing it because you politely turned them down, or didn't reply, or wouldn't send a face pic, the list is endless. Much better to use all the tools the site gives you to out so called time wasters and develop a selection process that works for you.

We don't block newbies and non verified, we all have to start somewhere. We had a fantastic meet with a new couple last weekend

I noticed that all these posts are from women well I'm not a time waster I will say from my exspiance on fab lots of women on here (not all ) are time wasters they won't reply to polite messages even block you with out looking and reading profile I know we all have our preference but politeness costs nothing

And here lies the problem....people will be reported as timewasters for not replying to mail/ blocking you.

If you read the Q&A on here it states that it's not rude to not reply to a message , just take it as a not interested. I often get delete messages without reading as it is obvious to me that the sender hasn't read my profile.

Not replying to your message is a no thanks as fab faq's say. They are doing the exact opposite of wasting your time and theirs as a polite no thanks can often end in more messages asking why or worse still, abuse. Not replying or blocking someone you're not interested in is saving everyone's time and if they have set their privacy filter to not show on your who's viewed me page then they probably have looked at your profile, you just won't see as they won't show on it. This is exactly why it would be a bad idea as everyone's idea as to what constitutes a time waster varies greatly.

Admin already have a report button for timewasters ( although like the post above everyone has different definitions of one ) So the best thing to do is report it and let Admin take a look. I will paste onto the next post what they do with reports.

Here is an explanation from Admin from another thread on how they deal with reports.

******Just a quick note. If people report others and we can verify that they have broken site rules, we always take action (either a first and final warning, partially suspended account, fully suspended, mixture of the above).

Every single report sent via the REPORT link is reviewed. Clearly it's not in our interests to have people on here who are bad for the site. Equally we need to verify what has been reported and be fair to those who have been reported.

PS. we never provide feedback on what has happened. It's just not practical given that we get 100s of reports a day.

Here is what the page says after a report has been submitted:

Your feedback has been saved.

A website admin will shortly review your feedback and take the necessary action. After reviewing the evidence available to us, we may disable an account, remove a user, disable certain aspects of that user's account or issue a warning.

By leaving feedback you help improve the site for everyone who uses it. Thank you.******
