The issue is server space. It would require considerably more and that cost would be passed on to members (rightfully so).

Also there would probably be 700,000 videos of men wanking for every half decent video uploaded!

There's plenty of amateur upload sites that you can show off your talents on. All it would do here is guarantee that the site became a pay for membership one.
