how long for admin to reply...

we have a person on our friends list.. added as a person who requested us..now after looking through her piks she is using one from our profile without permission..we have messaged her but she hasnt been online.and admin are still yet to get back in touch.!! .not a happy fabber..

Admin rarely reply to feedback, they will get around to dealing with it eventually and more than likely delete the offending picture.

You don't normally get a reply, but in the case of stolen pics , after you report it you will get a mail saying they are looking into it, then once resolved you will get another.

They do get hundreds of reports a day so this can take up to 48 hours so please be patient.
