Culling friends list

After a few months you find that you have several people you wish to delete from friends list and its so frustrating to have to do each one individually.

Can we not have the same option as with messages where we can mass delete via a tick option.

Yes thats a very good idea and the thing is the tick a box method of deleting will also save deleting friends by accident which can happen sometimes when the page jumps as its not fully refreshed / reloaded.
