Using other people's pictures

I've been notified another user has my pictures on their profile, but i can't view the profile as i think he has blocked me. What can i do to report them?

And this has happened more than once with the same user/profile name/pictures. How can i request that this users IP address be blocked so they can't just make another profile?

You can still report them from their profile page even if they have blocked you.

There should be an option on the blue menu on the left of the page?

Yeah, found it.

But repeat offenders should be dealt with harshly. Like i said, this is like the 3rd or 4th time the same profile/name/pics have appeared.

Once youve reported it Admin will review the report and deal with it as necessary
