We think users that make up a profile using other peoples pictures it's happened to us, should be banned instantly it's obvious that it's a fake profile made up to mess genuine people around but what happens ??? lol

It depends, sometimes if both had given permission previously and now changed your mind then the pics will just be asked to be taken off.

If it is a malicious profile or just plain old nicked pics then they could be removed from the site.

Either way , normally you don't hear anything when you report others but in the case of nicked pics, you will receive a mail saying Admin are looking into it and a mail when it has been resolved.
