There are problems (again) at our ISP this evening meaning the site is slow.

We are poking them with a big sharp stick to try and get them to resolve the issues.

We will be making good for all site supporters as usual. More details to follow.

We've been informed by our ISP that these issues are now resolved, but we'll contine to monitor the situation.

There have been intermittent outages or periods of "sluggishness" of 5-10 minutes around half a dozen times today.

We are adding 5 hours to all site supporter passes.

Apologies again. We strive for 100% uptime but occasionally stuff happpens outside our control.

When it does we'll always strive to make it right for all site supporters (and figure out what went wrong and ensure it doesn't happen again).
