When I'm reading some of the longer Forum threads (especially some of the longer stories), it would be good to have a 'Back to Top' button and also for some of the long running threads (some of the stories started some 40 weeks or more ago!), if it was possible to have it remember where you last read to and be able to go to that point and pick up everything new. Go to Last post is ok but if it's been a few days you can have 100's of messages between where you last read and the last post!

Sorry I might be misunderstanding you but - if you click on a thread and scroll down it, how is there a way to tell exactly how far down you have read?

If you mean a thread that you have posted on, there is a link at the top of each thread where you can jump to your last post.

If you're on an iPhone/pad then just click on the time at the top of the screen and it jumps back to the top. Dunno if that works for other phones/tablets

7 on your keyboard goes to top as well.

The numbers keypad at the side, not the numbers near the top.
