Anonymous Poll feature

I'd quite like to see this implemented on the site, as I've seen it in plenty of other places. It would allow people to provide their opinions on topics whilst remaining anonymous, as well as giving anyone looking at the thread a good idea of the general consensus on that same issue.

Thoughts, criticisms?

I like the root idea, but sounds like a Hot or Not feature in the making, or could be abused as such.
