My single profile suddenly showing me as a Cpl???

Has this happened to anyone else I have suddenly gone from being a single profile to a cpl'so profile ???

Admin are the only people that can change a profile or know why it has been changed so you will need to contact them directly using the CONTACT link at the bottom of every page.
