changing email

Hi all been on here two years ago and since then my email has changed from the one on here,cant remember password,aahhhh.anyway when I put in new email site wont let me do it without first giving details of old email,have been on their site but asking questions of previous emails and lot of personal info which has all changed as well.so not having any luck,Any help from you would be greatfull
