Hey, here's an idea how about an option to stop the autoscroll in chat?

It's very irritating if you step away from the keyboard and try to scroll to see if you missed anything and the chat keeps jumping down again.

I agree, if you look down to type a reply it's easy to miss a comment directed at you, trying to scroll back is difficult at best x

If you don't think there's anything worth reading in chat rooms the solution is quite simple, don't go in them rather than ignore the op question /suggestions.
