whats the chance of a mail to let us know why and how long we get banned from the chat rooms ?

Use the contact button @ bottom of page admin should message you if you ask or try n ask the the mod who banned you.

We take this really seriously.

But the mod accidentally pressed the wrong button so you didn't get the email you should have. You've now been sent the correct one.
