Whats happening on here lately. It won't let us upload new pics! Cam never works in chat no matter what i do! Iv even totally reinstalled flash!

Starting to get a little wound up :/ we pay the site supporter thing! Is anyone else having these problems??? What should i do?

Been a waste of getting site supporter pass cause we don't stay in chat or on here and use the features cause things aren't working!

You shouldn't have to work in IT to make the site do what it says it does...it shoudl do it automatically! But it doesn't! :/

If you have already tried downloading the latest flash player for chat, emtyp your cache and cookies, and try using Firefox if you are not already doing so.

iv downloaded firefox... and am currently using it... iv reinstalled flash the latest version... and made sure the cam isnt running on anything else i cant see which would stop it working.... :/ any help much appreciated.... thanks rugby x

Here occasionally, but mostly somewhere else

It was flash for me that wouldn't work...eventually stumbled on to another (random) site that prompted the browser (Opera) to install flash, although it had been installed already within IE.

Suggest trying to watch something on the BBC Iplayer (I think that was the site), see if that triggers a browser-specific Flash download.

Have you installed the IE tab on FIREFOX?

Go to options.....

I posted something similar about 6 months ago about my cam not working in the chatrooms. Works on every other site/msn/yahoo even in the old chat rooms, but never in the new beta ones. Done most of the advice people have posted, but nothing seems to work. Using firefox as my browser.
