Admin are very slow with issues I have found there seems to be a little apathy over issues and sorting things out. I hope you get a response eventually and things sorted.

Ive removed the OP - that needs to be discussed with Admin in private rather than being discussed on the forums.

On the other point - Admin review all reports within 24-48hrs.

If you saw the OP before it was removed it is obvious that Admin DO sort things out.

If a profile is reported it doesnt automatically mean that it gets removed - Admin say this in the message you get when you make a report ...

"A website admin will shortly review your feedback and take the necessary action. After reviewing the evidence available to us, we may disable an account, remove a user, disable certain aspects of that user's account or issue a warning.

By leaving feedback you help improve the site for everyone who uses it. Thank you.******

So just because the profile isnt removed it doesnt mean that Admin havent taken action. Its just that you might not know about it. But if in doubt, report it.
