membership pin not recognised.

Hi. I just purchased an online subscription and the pin number was duly sent. However when I type the code into the pin box its not being recognised. My membership runs out later and I want to claim the extra 5 days free too.

What can I do to sort this problem out please?

Always easier to copy and paste. I'm terrible for mixing numbers up
