Was thinking about it the Other night. seeing as a lot of people get the hump when a message is deleted and no response given could a "no thanks" button be added that sends a generic message saying thanks for looking but not my type and also deletes the message at the same time.

Might make a few people a bit happier.

It won't. This website used to have a no thanks button for a trial period. People complained the automated no thanks was impersonal.

No one is owed a reply, and a no reply is simply a no thanks, its in the site rules for all to see, so if people get the hump over others not replying then its there own problem not the sites.

Comes down to the differences between sex and swinging ... While a no thanks button may have its uses it dosent stop people not replying or even being down right rude when as was Said a no thanks you're not my type etc generic message is easy to type ... People that lose their rag over a lack of reply tend to be into the site purely for sex and not for the real (in my opinion) element of swinging friendships ... Far too many people don't get it

yes it is the most frustrating part of this site people not saying thanks for the message but no thanks it takes seconds.

But if you try and send another message the site says

we take a dim view of you harassing people who don't reply .

Put a no thanks button it makes sense .

What about the people who don't read the messages at all ,do they have a limit on how many they can answer a day

I go one further and instantly block unsolicited friend requests. No reply means no thanks. Simple to understand!!

Like the site rules say, it's not rude not to reply.

We tried a "no thanks" button on another site. It didn't make things better.

If folks took no response as not interested, they'd enjoy the site more.
