The owners (or whoever it is on the contact page) do answer sometimes, but very rarely. Understandably they get a lot of mail but if it's overwhelming, it would be nice if they took on more voluntary admin helpers. I offered to do that for a year while I was at uni and I'm sure many others would be more than happy to do the same

Between this account, my singles account and Rachel's before she removed it, we must have paid close to £150 into the website so far.

We've never grudged it before, but after being ignored by the admin for 2 weeks on a problem with a 2 minute fix, I'm re-evaluating the worth.
