A few days ago I reported a fake profile (with verifications I'm guessing from other fake profiles?)

Anyway this account is still on here!!! Its definitely a fake account as pictures "he" says are of him are actually screen grabs from porn and the face picture is an obvious photo shop , not to mention a different person to the other pics

How long dose it take for reports to be reviewed?

It depends on a few factors of when reports are dealt with as Admin get hundreds of reports a day.

If the profile is indeed fake I am sure they will get round to it
