Sometimes the support/advise forum is littered with people asking for help because they're not getting meets. Could we not possibly have an apraisals/rejection advise forum to filter these out?

Great idea. The tell me how to improve my profile threads are getting very boring. 99% of the time the OP takes not notice of the advice. Also if you get other people to help you write your profile you are not being true to yourself.
