Are they verified by others or PV?

Sometimes filters stop a very getting through if you are outside their age range etc

If I verify someone using my phone it goes thru straight away...

Maybe they will do it when they get home or possibly they have done it using your wifi if that's the case you won't get your green tick x

finally worked it out - for anyone else in this situation - use the getting started feature and make sure your message filters and your search preferences match- that was the problem!! hope this helps others
