unable to chat on rooms?

Hi can anybody help, we can only whisper on tha chatrooms using our laptop but can chat using our desk top, we can whisper on the laptop, have we pressed anything on the laptop keyboard that is stopping us fron chatting? Help

Have you updated your Flash player on your laptop? Might be worth a try updating it and then clearing your cache and cookies then try again.

It has happened before to people but normally clears when they go back into chat, seems odd that you can whisper.
