Three mobile network issues

We've had a number of people contact us recently about issues accessing the site through three network.

This isn't the first time there have been issues accessing the site via their network.

We'd suggest as a first step calling their customer service number. If you are still getting no joy, you can make a complaint to them at this page:

This normally happens when I'm using the desktop version on my phone. The way I normally fix this is to log on via the Web app and either use this or then swop to desktop version.
