How come people with no public pics can mail us when we have clicked the block no public pic option?

Its been said that people display a pic, contact then remove the pic again.

Its something admin are working to prevent though

Also when I last asked this admin replied that just an avatar pic counts as them having "public pics" for that filter...

It seems that for now it's a worthless filter
