Putting the 'cum' in Eboracum

That warning message that pops up when someone you are not looking for messages you, if I get messaged and it pops up and I ignore their message, does it pop up when they message me again?

I am note sure if i am getting you right.

If I was to email you and you did not reply if I then in the future try to email you again (even if it is a year or two later) a box pops up warning me about emailing you again and not to hassle you. I forget the exact wording. The message basically tries to say if you did not get a reply last time take it that they are not interested in you and don't message them again.

No, I think she means the warning that pops up if you're mailing someone when you're not in their age/choice range. I'm not sure it pops up again if you've already answered their previous message.

Do they just get repeat warning messages?

Or do they get a stop at any point.

I returned some messages re a social, but they've since carried on sending messages, which I haven't responded to (nor read)

Are they able to just keep repeat messaging until blocked?

If I've had repeat mail from someone I've told I'm not interested I just block them.
