Joint to single profile

I had a joint profile on here and it didn't work out. I asked the other person to delete the account which they said they had done. Unfortunately all they have done is take my female details off - change the username and kept our joint verifications along with being photo verified. I also paid for silver membership. Is there anything I can do?
