I have been meeting someone regularly but now find he has been blocked on my account or I have on his. Neither of us has blocked each other as I asked him today via text and he was surprised he couldnt send me a message on here . This is very strange and is not the first time it has happened on my profile x Has anyone else had this and if so how can I get him back on my friends list x I have also lost his verifications x

This also happened to me with a great guy I had a connection with and because he thought I blocked him he got upset and left the site. He still refuses to answer my calls

Sometimes things happen for a reason and perhaps you both not having contact on here has made you both feel even closer

Admin get loads of reports a day so youll have to be a bit patient.

It is strange that this happens. Me and Sweetiepieshar have been meeting up and have verified each other and now the site has blocked us and the verifications have disappeared.

At least we have each others numbers which is good.

Shame to hear that Leerise, not sure why the guy wont return your messages. If you say its a site issue he should understand.

That should only stop them verifying each other though, not block them from viewing each other...which is just as well else I'd have a few thinking I'd blocked em!

My understanding is that if you report his profile or he reports yours to admin, both of you appear blocked to each other and it now says something like 'you reported them' as I have reported people I have chatted to and admin then block each of you from seeing each other. I am not saying that is what you and he have done, I am just saying that is one reason why

Well we did meet on friday and we both cant understand what has happened x Surely if admin have put a block on they can unblobk it as we have both asked them x

It's happened to me too admin will sort it out for you.

If you haven't heard anything from them I'd mail them again asking for the block to be removed ..both of you mail them again x

He's not on your blocked list and your not on his? Only admin can sort it. I know its annoying but just be patient x

Patience is ok but is frustrating at same time. But on other hand admin do great job generally andmust be snowed under with it.

I posted about this problem several years ago. I use Firefox and occasionally, I found that, after viewing someone's profile, they been blocked. It was a simple matter of unblocking them but a problem all the same. I had no response from Admin (nor any comments from anyone else for that matter) but the problem appears to have been resolved through an upgrade to Firefox, etc.

You've got his number, why don't you text each other until he problem is sorted? Or both set up a hotmail account and message that way? Kik? Whatssapp?

Its very irritating but I wouldn't say debilitating when it comes to keeping in contact with other.

Thanks everyone for your advice and tips have tried everything suggested to but no joy x Just witing for admin to either reply to my messages or just to unblock us x I shall keep trying in vain for this to happen and shall hopefully get the result I have been waiying for x

It says the notes by me and report user buttons. Iy shows the last time we messaged each other and his verification summary and it is the same on my profile on his account. Whrn I click on his profile it just says you cant view this profile and the message about him being blocked

This thread has been running for a week now and people can only speculate about the block - the only people that can answer your question are Admin.

If youve contacted them they will deal with it. If they havent removed the block by now then its possible that they are not going to, for some reason.

But keep posting in here isnt going to sort it Im afraid so Im closing this now and youll need to speak to Admin directly.
