Message filter for smoking

Hi

Is it possible for a mail filter to be added to stop smokers contacting. I have specified in my preferences that I will not meet smokers but I still get contacted.

I'm a smoker yet most I have met state on profiles will not meet smokers, I find people tend to ignore this preference
