issue accessing a shared account

Hi,

I share an acvount with my female ftiend on here but experience problems logging into it. I enter the usern as me and password correctly but rejects starting not recognised. My partner can login using same credentials..... Why? grateful if you can suggest anything to try and fix it.

by sharing an account i presume you mean you have a couple profile ? .. have you checked with her that she hasnt changed the password ?
