Well done guys, glad you put a stop to the ads, at least for the time being.

We've still not resolved the problem with the non-delivered goods. The website did mail us claiming that due to a major &%ck up on their site that 100's of parcels were incorrectly labeled and went to the wrong addresses - believe that if you will, however they then promised that the goods would be delivered no later than noon today. Guess what ? No delivery, also Patrsys,the payment handlers for these con artists cannot be contacted, so very soon the matter will be in the hands of the Police with consideration of a fraud enquiry. I wonder how many others these guys have shafted ?

Anyway, onwards and upwards - why not just make it a pay site and get shot of the bloody ads once and for all ?

Sorry to hear the troubles are ongoing.

If you ordered with credit card just contact your card co. they will arrange a refund (you need to fill in a couple of forms).

Depends what debit card you used.

If you used VISA debit or VISA ELECTRON just speak to them, I know people who have had money refunded in the same way as credit card.

Got to be worth a phone call.

Credit cards only normally refund if it is over £100.

Update ... Just got our money back today from these jokers, after some kicking and screaming.

We have just received some 'goodies' from a site recommended by SJ and Mark (lovehoney) and they were brilliant, delivered exactly as promised

All's well that ends well ..

lovehoney always deliver when they say they are going to, and we have never had a problem with any order and they always seem to have little free gifts when you order.

Yeah, I've used lovehoney and found them to be good as well... the free gifts get a bit boring after a while though, theres only so many 'lady fingers' a man needs, lol
