Chat problems 24th Feb - site supporters

There were problems with the site last night which meant it was running slow and some users found it took forever to get into chat. New style chat was working fine.

As per usual we're taking the hit on this and adding a full 24hrs to all site supporters.

We remain committed to fixing any site issues and making sure you don't lose out when there are glitches like this.

The site is getting busier and busier and we're very working behind the scenes every day ensuring we can cope with the traffic.

Are there problems getting into the old style chat again this evening, have been trying connect for 15 mins without getting further ?

Got in tonight @ 20:28. It wasn't instant access, about 40secs .. but that's not unusual with UserPAIN - the sooner they cut it's throat the better

can get into beta chat but only directing room ever used there so no good going to general orother rooms i be talking to maself, mind u i do that a lot lately anyways lolol
