We have been on FS for a long time with no issues. But suddenly we have the following problem.

When we go into chat the cam part of the page - the square in the top right - takes over my whole page. It becomes 'super sized'!!

I have tried righ clicking and using the 'Zoom IN / Out' feature but that does not work.

I am using Firefox. If I open FS using another browser it it fine.

Anyone any idea what I have done? Or how I can solve this issue?

Try uninstalling Firefox and reinstalling , see if that cures it, otherwise just use another browser
