is there any way we can have an instant chat option to chat to people without having to go in a crowded chat room where you keep missing messages and not have to keep mailing back and fro please?

It's available in the new chat rooms, just click on PM under the members screen name, although the member your sending a PM to must have PMs enabled.

yes we have seen that, but it would be much better if the option was there on the mailing page instead of going and mailing them, saying ill be in this room, and then waiting for them to get the mail and then them coming in ect, if you had an option from the mailing page, you could just have them enabled for friends ect and just message them instantly. would save a lot of guys who like to pester using it.

Sending a mail or sending an instant message would be received by the recipient in the same amount of time so what would be the difference?

Not everyone sits at their PC just waiting on mail to arrive so would be the same with instant messages
