We've had some glitches today as we work on a server (which required reboots). The server was offline for 1 period of 20 minutes and one period of 15 minuts. We've added 2 hours to every site supporter pass to apologise for any problems.

re glitches is there any thing that can be done re glitch that happens in the early hours of every sunday morning

the site goes down around 2 am onwards for at least an hour we cant gret in the site , or if we are in the site we cant view profile check mail etc

we have mentioned this in the past

can this server update etc if that is whats causing the glitch, can the update not be changed to another night of the week be changed to update any nights from a sat night as this is poss the buisiest night of the week on the site

Just noticed this on the profile server:

"Error at 3/2/2010 11:13:09 PM

If informing us about the error please note the time/date above"

Nothing new - but is there a standard way of reporting this in place?

Having trouble viewing profiles and searching for usernames at the mo and slow to access the forums too.
