hiding from cock pics

Hi, I know you can opt to hide all pics but could there be a way to opt just to hide all the ones admin have approved as more naughty.

I like seeing the face and body pics but I don't like the cock pics... I would like to be able to just opt for the face and body ones.

I know some like the cock pics just not me.

I have a few people local who regularly post ones appearing in my updates that don't appeal to me.
