I think that these (luggage tag, or label, and tick) are just icons for the verification summary, in the same way that that the house and world are for the location. A graphical representation of " this profile has been given a verification label". Of course, I could be wrong!! Have you seen any Verification Summaries without it?

do you mean the green symbol with the tick is beside the phone symbol. if so the green with tick is a verification symbol, and the phone is just showing the user is accessing the site via there mobile
