Possibly but most people wouldn't admit to not sending a face piccy. So pointless.

No, don't think it'll work, may attract far more undesirable messages and can you imagine the forum posts.....

'I sent a face pic to someone that claims to send face pics and they didn't reply, they should be banned, we should be allowed to name and shame'
