"08 Aug 2013 Site has been offline for 10 minutes. A normal change we were implementing which should have taken 5-10 seconds went wrong. We're looking at why and how to stop this happening again. We'll be adding an hour to all site supporter passes to make sure no one loses out, once we're 100% sure everything is stable again

If she says its still there, ask her to send it again. | |||
