Inbox messages

This has probably been asked but I'm going to ask anyway and hopefully it will make sence

When you get a message from someone, you read it then reply. If they send you another it comes through as a second message. So you have 2 messages in your inbox from the same person from the same conversation

Could it not just update the previous message? Kind of like how the forum works

Hope that makes sense

You only need to keep the newest one
