Are you on wirless or 3g? You are constantly losing connectivity. Suggest trying on a wireless hotspot or fixed internet connection

It has nothing to do with your cam.

It is to do with your internet connection

how is that when it works before yesterday and it lasts for 1 min , you are not exactly helping by shooting off thoeries in the dark

To be fair to admin.... you have hardly given them technical details. Also, our cam works fine for a lot longer, so we have to assume the issue is at your end. A friend of ours has had huge problems since she upgraded to windows 8... are you on this version too? If so, it would indicate that the problem is a bug in windows or flash working on Win8, and not this site.

Sorry - we are trying to help you.

We checked the logs to see why your cam is disconnecting. We can see that your internet connectivity is dropping off all the time and the cam is having to reconnect to our servers.

Google has lots of info on how you can test your net connection, pings etc.

Defrag and disk cleanup are going to do nothing to improve your internet connection. You appear to have problems with the connection continually dropping. You may need to contact your ISP.

How can it be the ISP when cam is going on and off but I'm still on site ?

Because the browser won't drop the page because the connection "stutters" but the camera will drop out instantly!

Contact your ISP......who supplies your Broadband? If it's Sky, you are stuffed as they are "never" in the wrong.

Then you would be advised to phone them in the morning and have a moan. They will be able to tell if your connection is unstable.

O o O oo

http://www.fabswingers.com/forum/chat-discuss/185912

There is an issue we're looking into with a percentage of users cams cutting off when broadcasting.

It is network related but we are currently unsure if it is one ISP who has problems (e.g. bt/virgin or whatever), or somewhere closer to our own hosting.

We'll provide an update first thing tomorrow when we've had chance to fully analyse the issue.

A lot off affected users are on virgin so this is something we're trying to figure too

Afternoon, I've contacted admin directly about this, but just wanted to say, I am with TalkTalk, if that offers any more help to the issue.
