upgrading my account

We have attempted to upgrade our account twice now by text. Although our phone indicates the text has been sent we have still not been upgrades and the fee has not been removed from our mobile credit. Any advice! We appreciate we can upgrade by phone contact but has anybody got an idea what the cost will be from a mobile.

ps. our very first upgrade by text worked fine, cannot understand the reason why it won't let us repeat?

We always upgrade by text on our mobile and have never had problems.

It takes me to the upgrade help page.

Try using the 'contact' button at the bottom of the home page and selecting the option for help with upgrades. Hope that helps
