RICHMOND

Not sure if anyone can help

Our couples profile was changed overnight to a single Male, for some reason.

This is making it difficult for us to post pics of f and meet other couples.

We have messaged the site owners, but never get a reply. We are reluctant to just start a new profile as all our friends and verifications are on our existing one.

Any advice most welcome
