Has anyone else messaged someone who's location and GPS was showing them as being nearby, only for their location to move sometimes hundreds of miles, within minutes?

Singles account or couples? If I'm miles from my partner and we both log in at different times it will change.

Also if someone logs on at home, then logs off and you send a message whilst they're offline their location will be based on where they were then. If they subsequently travel and log back in again it will change.

People don't usually stay online 24/7 so location will always depend on where they are at the time.

They may have been in location A last week, haven't refreshed their location access on their phone until today which will then show them in an entirely different place.

or they could be using fake GPS, an app, to hide their true location so not to be discovered. Have done this ourselves to throw someone off the scent who thought he knew us close by.

Yes happened to me recently. Was due to meet a person on Sunday had chatted on phone all was arranged time and place. Made contact on sunday asking if still all good ....yes i was ghosted but his location was same next thing had changed to Essex within 2 hrs was Wales another few hrs it was South Yorkshire, yesterday the

midlands then Dorset. All I can say is he got very fast car. I went with my gut and never went to where we had arranged...a player who likes to mess about. If changed mind just have the manners to say it
