Bi Filter

Isn't it time we had a bi/bi curious filter for couples/women not wanting to meet bi or bi curious guys. It's disappointing to get a message from a guy you think looks good only to scroll down and find they're bi. People are always being told on here to use their filters but it's poor advice if there aren't enough of them.

That would be a lot of hassle to go through just to be deceiving don't you think ? Also many single men message because of the photos and don't bother reading the profile or preferences, so at least it'd give us a head start in those cases.

Yes like a lot of guys, they will create a straight profile and a bi profile and couples will have sex with bi guys without ever knowing the difference.

But I think it's a good idea for the benefit of bi guys because sometimes you waste a lot of time on people before you discover that they are bi phobic.

A sexuality filter would be very welcome.

We’d love to filter out all the messages from straight guys and straight/bi couples, so we could just hear from bi guys and bi/bi couples.

Makes sense that people who don’t want to meet bi people AND people who don’t want to meet straight people can have that choice.

We get so much attention from Straight men - despite our asking them to refrain - that we sometimes end up filtering all men, thus losing the bisexual ones…which is really annoying.

Yep...so many guys with straight profiles who magically become bi when we tell them we don't meet straight guys...

That would rely on people being honest though and sadly many aren't, if it gets them sex.

There is a button on the search function where you can search for bi people only.

I'm not sure how this works though because I'm bi but don't feel bi every day. Maybe if human sexuality was a constant we could pigeon hole it.

But good on you who prefer bi men instead of the usual bi phobia that seems to be making a comeback.

Thanks kindly.

Yes indeed, the search function can be filtered by sexuality but incoming messages can’t be, alas.

Yes, biphobia is certainly an issue. But, to be fair, my partner and I suffer from quite a bit of heterophobia these days, lol.

A few here talking about bi or hetero phobia...there's nothing to be scared about with any sexuality...you might not want to engage with them but surely it's not a phobia.

Re the OP, as others have said, people lie so you can never be sure of their true sexual leanings.

Filtering works, potentially, in many ways. The message filters can stop unwanted mail in but also search filters, can let the lookers narrow down their searched groups of people, to those explicitly matching their preferences. It stops them having to, for example, having to check whether or not someone has bi interests.

For couples, it would need to have the narrowing down, to whether it's one or both of the couple, who is/is not wanted to have bi interests.

"Exactly, it would work both ways and benefit straight and bi. "

It would definitely help the bi men.

However there are a large number of men on here who have two profiles. One that shows them as straight for those who won't play with bi men, and one who will only play with men who are bi. Having the button you suggest will simply increase this practice. So how well it would work is debatable.

But a few more button like this would help. A lot of people won't meet bald men, some won't meet hairy men, some won't meet short men.... the list is endless. Perhaps when AI has got things right it can just produce a list of perfect matches. Personally I quite enjoy reading though profiles even though we aren't a match. Some people are quite creative and entertaining in their profile narratives and can be a fun read.

Just received a message from a guy, he looked interesting so checked his profile, Bi. Messaged back saying "You never read our profile did you?". Got another message saying "But I'm straight", checked his profile and Hey Presto so he was. Needless to say he was blocked and deleted. Some people must think our heads button up the back.🙄

The only issue with this is people would just lie.

Half the men who message me have straight on their profile but all there veris are off men or they appear on a thread somewhere on here talking about loving sucking cocks.

There is also nothing phobic about not wanting to have sex with a bi man, there is nothing scary about it people just dont want to.

It really wouldn't. Our bi party profile is open currently as we have an event coming up. The number of winks and messages we are getting from men with straight profiles is phenomenal. If we answer them with a message saying they don't fit the requirements, they swear blind they are bisexual...you'll just filter out the honest ones...the liars will just keep lying to you...

Honestly, not really it's a simple adjustment and update on your preferences..

A lot of people we speak to, because they're bi, change it regularly so to not (for example only) you off.

Verifications mentioning but male activity can be as easily 'undisplayed'.

Please don't take this as a personal comment, it's not, it's as frustrating vice Versa 🤷😘

It’s sad people have to lie.

If a bio says no bi guys then that’s fine - I don’t message.

I may be bi but I can play straight and always safe whatever.

It’s up to you who you make contact with as we all have preferences.

Wow! You’re both stunning and so lucky to have found each other .. very rare to have that level of trust and open mindedness in a relationship … (would have sent that to you privately but I’m filtered out due to my age lol )

Filters work … trust and honesty may not xx

It's a well known fact that just being in the same room as a bi guy will turn a straight man into a cock sucking fairy within 3 seconds.

Maybe a good idea if profiles of people not wanting to run the risk have bright red backgrounds just to warn off the bi folk.

Somewhere in Norfolk ask :)

It would only be as good as the users being honest, the amount of men ( mainly ) that don’t dare put bi on their profile for fear of humiliation or rejection wouldn’t suddenly now put bi, so this wouldn’t work for those profiles.

Also how many men do you think you might have encountered that are bi but you never knew because they didn’t do anything with a man in front of you ?

Sadly I still feel that even now a days it’s harder for a man to come out as being bi than it is gay especially on here.

My fella is straight but doesn’t care if the man is bi so long as boundaries are maintained that the man is not to touch him in any way shape or form just like when I as a bi woman play with a straight couple I only touch the man..

So I am curious about a scenario, have any of those who don’t want to meet bi males for whatever reason ended up meeting a guy, playing, then later on finding their profile is showing they are bi

Just curious about the mindset and if the guy was good fun and you enjoyed yourself on the meet does something suddenly change?

Absolutely, my other partner and I met a couple years ago, met several times at each others homes, had fun and became friends. That all ended when we saw his bi profile. He'd lied and we don't like liars simple as that. There also seems to be a misconception on this thread that it's just the male that doesn't want to meet bi guys. In our instance it's also the woman too, she finds it a complete turn off. Some bi guys just can't seem to get that. On the up side look at it this way, for every couple/woman that doesn't want to meet a bi guy, that frees him up for those who do.

The filters here are madly restrictive and need an update for searching.

Bi men could also detail the types of same gender activities they want and it would be helpful to be able to, for example, search for a man who only is top, for oral and anal, etc

I totally get the lying aspect, I met a woman once for a social who said she was single then said if I want to come back to hers we’d have to be quick before her husband came home

I’m not a quick runner so wasn’t going to happen and I don’t like to be rushed 😂

I also get it that women also don’t want to meet bi guys, I’m not daft 😳

But then is it something to do with them being bisexual or you just don’t want the bisexual acts?

Most bi guys I know can resist bisexual play if it’s not people’s cup of tea, we are respectful of that no matter how deliciously tasty that hard throbbing girthy cock glistening in the light might be 😂

This makes sense, I actually wrote a post similar to this yonks ago, there was another site I used to be on, well still am actually, but on there you had various activities not just associated to bi acts or people but you could tick an activity and then if it was giving or receiving or both, because we all know someone who is only interested in receiving certain activities

And you could also choose if were into it or just interested/intrigued in it

You were also able to choose who could view your profile by your preferences

Of course amending things can always circumvent things unfortunately

Mrs. "

Women have always been more tactile with one another in our society than men, two women together doesn't bother us or do anything for us either, we're indifferent to it. They are seldom if ever as promiscuous as men, as has been demonstrated time and again on the Forums when the "Would you..", "Have you..", Gloryhole threads come up. Some seem just so desperate for sex they cover every base. You never see those threads regarding bi women.
